Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This policy covers NurseVerdict Premium subscriptions (the Exam Pass and Annual plans). Free content — notes, papers, and practice tests — never requires payment, so nothing here applies to it.
1. Refund window
If you're not satisfied with NurseVerdict Premium, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially accessed the paid content — specifically, Phase 2 (Question Bank) or Phase 4 (Clinical Skills), which are the parts not available on the Free plan.
Adjust the specific window and conditions above to match what you actually decide to offer — 7 days with a light usage cap is a common, reasonable starting point, not a legal requirement.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@nurseverdict.example with your account email and payment reference — your Razorpay receipt, or the UTR you submitted if you paid by UPI. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds for Razorpay payments are issued to the original payment method and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Approved refunds for a manual UPI payment are sent back by us directly, by UPI, to the account the original payment came from, referencing your original UTR — there's no automatic reversal for these, so processing time depends on how quickly we can action it, typically within the same 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation
The Exam Pass and Annual plans are fixed-term and do not auto-renew by default — access simply ends at the stated expiry, and you're free to purchase again for the next cycle. If you enable auto-renewal in the future, cancelling before the renewal date stops the next charge; it does not itself trigger a refund for the current period.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service (for example, sharing paid access or redistributing content).
