Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

These terms govern your use of NurseVerdict (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The Service

NurseVerdict provides nursing education content — notes, previous year question papers, and practice tests — free of charge, and NurseVerdict Premium, a paid subscription unlocking the full four-phase NORCET exam preparation system.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Accounts are personal to you — sharing a Premium account's login with others to bypass a subscription is a violation of these terms and may result in suspension.

3. Subscriptions & payment

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or publicly republish paid content from NurseVerdict Premium; scrape or bulk-download site content for republishing elsewhere; attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls; or use the Service in any way that disrupts it for other students.

5. Content accuracy

We make a genuine effort to keep notes, papers, and exam-update content accurate and current, and our previous-year-paper content is our own solved and explained material rather than reproductions of official documents. That said, always verify exam dates, eligibility, and official notifications directly with the relevant exam body (AIIMS, INC, your state nursing council, or your university) before making decisions based on them. See our Disclaimer.

6. Intellectual property

Notes, question banks, and other original content on NurseVerdict belong to NurseVerdict or its contributing authors. You may use it for your personal study; you may not republish or commercially redistribute it without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NurseVerdict is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exam outcomes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly around paid-content redistribution or account sharing. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where NurseVerdict is registered.

10. Changes

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change materially.
